Hannah Nepilova speaks to Jack Horner, the circus-trained creative and artistic director who is currently working with Gingerline – a company that puts on immersive dining experiences.
Horner and Gingerline are currently collaborating on The Grand Expedition, a show that takes audiences on a journey around the world through a menu of dishes, acrobatic acts and choreography. In this interview Jack Horner describes the motivation behind the project.
The Grand Expedition runs from February 29 2024.
